In the event that your address is not safely accessible for our transport vehicles, you may be asked to meet the driver at a nearby suitable location that can accommodate the truck.
Yes, we do require that either you or a designated third party is present at the time of delivery. If you are unable to attend, please contact our office prior to the delivery date to arrange an alternative person to take responsibility for the vehicle. Please note that any changes to the delivery address after the order has been placed may result in additional charges.

Yes, J W W Collections offers touchless delivery for all vehicle drop-offs. Clients can sign off on their delivery using their phone while maintaining a safe distance of 6 feet (2 meters) from our drivers.
Your vehicle will only be driven for the purpose of loading and unloading onto our transport trucks.
Yes, J W W Collections’ cargo insurance policy covers your vehicle for its full replacement value while it is in our possession.
Transit times vary depending on the destination of your vehicle. National deliveries typically take 3 to 4 days, while shipments between the United Kingdom and Europe generally take 4 to 7 days. Please note that the actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as route, weather, road conditions, occasional truck breakdowns, and customs delays. For these reasons, no company can guarantee an exact date, day, or time for delivery.

We work with reputable brokers on both sides of the border to complete the paperwork and expedite the shipping process, reducing stress and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
To ensure the protection of all parties, J W W Collections requires that vehicles be delivered exclusively through our partner shipping companies.
J W W Collections accepts wire transfers and, in some cases, credit/debit card payments or PayPal. PayPal payments have a maximum limit of £1,000 and are subject to J W W Collections’ approval. Credit and debit card payments have a maximum limit of £5,000, are subject to a three-business-day banking hold, and require J W W Collections’ approval. Wire transfers are accepted for any amount and are cleared upon receipt.
J W W Collections is responsible for taxes, customs, and import/export fees. However, if J W W Collections chooses to apply additional fees, these may be added to the purchase price.
